Yes, it's in TestFlight beta. The iOS app syncs Apple Health data (HRV, sleep, heart rate, activity), provides the full AI health chat, and lets you manage your stack on the go.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We never sell your data, never share it with advertisers, and never use it for model training. We don't even use third-party analytics — no Google Analytics, no tracking pixels.

You can export biomarker data as CSV and your full dataset as JSON at any time. You can delete your entire account and all data from Settings — it's immediate and irreversible.

Yes. You can provide your own Anthropic (Claude) API key in Settings. When configured, your AI requests go directly to the provider using your key. We never store your AI keys in plaintext.

It uses 28 specialized tools to look up interactions, cross-reference trends, simulate protocol changes, and evaluate supplements. It's powered by Claude (Anthropic).

The AI provides informational analysis, not medical advice. Its recommendations are grounded in your actual data and our evidence database, but you should always consult a healthcare provider before making changes to your protocol. Supplement quality grades are deterministic (data-driven), not AI-generated.
