How long does setup take?
We configure your protocol and import your records with you during onboarding. We'll give you a timeline at the demo, based on your data.
Can we migrate from Cerbo, Elation or Hint?
Yes. Bring an export, and we'll scope the import at the demo.
Do you handle membership billing?
Not today. Keep Stripe or Hint for memberships; LongevityGraph generates superbills.
Do you e-prescribe?
Not yet.

Can we use our own optimal ranges?
Yes. Every biomarker carries the lab's reference range and your practice target, and your target drives flags and trends.
Do you support peptides and hormones?
Yes. They live in one regimen with supplements and prescriptions, with titration schedules and safety checks.
Which wearables connect?
Oura, WHOOP and Apple Health.

What does the AI do?
It prepares visits, synthesizes the chart, drafts notes and patient replies, and proposes renewals and orders. AI-proposed clinical actions wait for a clinician's approval, and every AI action is audit-logged.
Which models, and under what agreements?
Anthropic and OpenAI, under executed BAAs.
What is MCP?
An open standard that lets AI assistants like Claude use your practice data with permissions you control: scoped, logged and revocable.

Do you sign a BAA?
Yes. It's part of the Provider Terms you accept at registration.
Where is data hosted?
