Agreement

By using LongevityGraph (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

Not Medical Advice

LongevityGraph is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The Service provides health data tracking, AI-generated analysis, supplement quality information, and disease risk scores for informational and educational purposes only.

  • AI-generated insights, supplement recommendations, and risk scores are not diagnoses or treatment plans.
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your medications, supplements, or treatments based on information from LongevityGraph.
  • Do not use LongevityGraph to make emergency medical decisions.
  • Supplement quality grades reflect our assessment methodology and may not reflect the experience of every user.

Your Account

  • You must provide accurate account information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person per account. Don’t share credentials.

Your Data

  • You own your data. Health data you enter, upload, or sync into LongevityGraph belongs to you.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service (AI analysis, trend calculation, report generation, etc.).
  • You can export or delete your data at any time.
  • See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Acceptable Use

Don’t use the Service to:

  • Upload data that isn’t yours without authorization
  • Attempt to access other users’ data
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
  • Circumvent rate limits or security controls
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload malicious files or attempt code injection

Payment and Billing

  • The Service costs $29 per month, billed monthly.
  • You can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • No refunds for partial months.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

AI and Accuracy

  • AI-generated content (health insights, supplement recommendations, genetic analysis, disease risk scores) is produced by third-party language models and may contain errors.
  • Supplement quality grades are based on our research methodology and publicly available data. Grades may change as new information becomes available.
  • Biomarker reference ranges are general population ranges and may not apply to your specific situation.
  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that any AI output, score, or recommendation is correct, complete, or current.

Service Availability

  • We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
  • If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days notice and the ability to export your data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LongevityGraph and its operators shall not be liable for:

  • Health outcomes resulting from use of or reliance on the Service
  • Inaccuracies in AI-generated analysis, scores, or recommendations
  • Data loss beyond what is covered by our backup systems
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

  • You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
  • We may terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice when feasible.
  • Upon termination, your data is permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
